If you are already a client, you should have a Custom Client organizer in your SecureFile portal. If you do not know how to access your SecureFile portal (in the menu list), please contact our office at 678-609-8345 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you get your portal reset.
Please call the office at 678-609-8345 or email email@example.com to have a SecureFile portal set up. We will need basic information, including name, address, email address and Social Security number to set up your SecureFile account. SecureFile is just as easy as using email, but it is significantly more secure than using email to get your documents to us. We will assist you with the portal set up so you can obtain the new client paperwork we will need.
In addition to completing the new client paperwork found in your portal, we will also need you to provide the following:
Once you have everything completed and ready, you can drop off everything at our office or upload it to your SecureFile client portal.
